Potions That Turn You Into A Mermaid

Reflections on violence and nonviolence

Of Luby

INTRODUCTION

recently (to say true for some time, but I talk about it just now) I've often question the meaning of non-violence at all costs, non-violence at all costs, pacifism as a means and not as an end, the noble, much praised and brought made by various movements and many friends or pseudo these.

PROBLEMS OF NON-VIOLENCE

First non-violence is confronted with an insurmountable contradiction: it can not adapt to the different battles, struggles, historical moments. In fact, we see that historically non-violent peace activists of the twentieth century, particularly before the Second World War, faced with this problem, took up arms in response to a hard choice meditated and reached the ranks of the resistance against the Nazis and Fascists.

analysis, however, some considered non-violent methods, such as demonstrations, principals, sit-ins, occupations, strikes and boycotts, we can see an 'another contradiction. These methods are born and have been widely used by revolutionary movements, that non-violence has to do very little.
Another 'Another contradiction lies in the concept of non-violence as a method of expression, in fact, if non-violence is understood as the peaceful demonstration, then it is non-violent any event, any strike, which does not result in acts of violence, which implies, of course, that could also be non-violent demonstrations in support of a war.

STRIKE AND NON-VIOLENCE

Special mention also goes to the strikes, which may be the work of hunger or thirst. In the first case clearly can not speak of non-violence, despite various political parties and trade unions (see FIOM CGIL PRC etc etc) inneggino as the ultimate form of protest to the general strike, but just look at the history, to understand that the strike is by no means a form of non-violent protest, picketing, sabotage, resistance to attempts to end the violence with the same strike, etc. etc.. If you talk about hunger strikes or thirst, although not involving the use of violence in the traditional sense and are recognized as forms non-violent protest, contains a far greater violence than the classic. It incorporates violence against oneself, against life, are the last desperate cry as a form of protest, as directed, but certainly not something peaceful. Shame is the use of these forms of protests that some professionals are demagogy and politics (Pannella all), for their own purposes, but it just happened that never last the time to do damage. It is different to use all these prisoners (mostly political, but not necessarily these, just look at the immigrants locked up in those lagher called CIE), ignored by most, many of them end up dying even with such consequence of this form of protest.

NON-VIOLENCE IN THE HISTORY

But look at the historical matters that are dear to most non-violent and that most have seen the use of non-violence.
First of all, clearly, there is the birth of the Indian nation. Returning back to the Gandhian discourse and without expanding, for obvious reasons, historical, political and anthropological analysis of what happened, we can see clearly that the situation was quite different from the current situation is concerned, India was too poor to afford and less technologically an armed rebellion, on the contrary clearly agreed, because the balance of power, focus more on numbers than on discourse weapons or violent unrest since the small number of settlers from the natives. However, this non-violent strategy only lasted until the expulsion of the British, in fact, soon after civil war broke out [the civil wars known to be non-violent (sarcasm)], followed by the Civil War with musilmani that gave birth to Pakistan where Gandhi was assassinated the same etc etc.. The survival of the caste society is a further confirmation of the disaster that non-violent, mostratasi incapable of building these new human and social relations, based on the recognition of the other. Paradoxically, the non-violence has contributed so, against his own intentions, to increase that feeling of acquiescence e di passività contro cui tanto si scagliava lo stesso Gandhi.

Nella letteratura non-violenta vengono citati tanti esempi storici thought to give strength to the non-violent overthrow of the shoo the Persian in Iran, the defeat of Milosevic in Serbia, etc. etc.. In all these cases, however, there was never a predominant non-violent movement that brought about the change, but there were many movements, some of them violent, that accompanied the historical conditions for the success of these policies (the regime in Iran is decomposed under the overall thrust of the mass movement inside, where there were armed militias and groups that made the attacks, Milosevic lost the election, indeed, paramilitary groups attacked the parliament giving it to the flames in the days when the Serbian president rejected the election results; Marcos of the Philippines have been the scene of clashes square with bloodshed, riots, demonstrations and strikes, an army, the Zapatistas are armed January 1 '94 gave birth to an insurgency with many deaths, so much so that Marcos wears a hood to signify its status as an illegal combatant, turn armed with M16, etc.)..

NON-VIOLENCE AND VIOLENCE IN FOR CONSISTENCY / MEDIA

The hypocrisy of non-violence is also present itself as an ethical and consistent method to achieve certain results, then pretending to be the only one to be consistent and to judge the wrong way or the other control methods. In fact if one considers the action as one put it in the form of morality, whatever it is, the black bloc, which damages the symbols del capitalismo, le tute bianche che a Genova alzavano le mani in segno di resa davanti alla polizia ecc ecc sono esattamente sullo stesso livello.

In questo modo s'è radicata l'idea che legalità e non-violenza fossero, in fondo, la stessa cosa o comunque that they were on the same side of the grid. A misunderstanding that has made non-violence and pacifism as a means of behavior subordinate, tame, basically acquiescing to the established order. In this case the non-violence makes you think that it's a way to give oneself a good conscience, pulirsela, not a real form of struggle and protest.

VIOLENCE AND NON-VIOLENCE AS A MEANS ABSOLUTE

Certainly from what we've seen so far to say that non-violence at all costs, that non-violence as a method of action or of social struggle in absolute, not is to be taken as a single model, virtuous, ever, wherever and however valid in any age and in every place. In this case, violence and nonviolence are the same as there is a method of struggle that goes well ever, ever, etc.. It is historically undeniable that violence has brought results, that the biggest changes, positive and negative, have always been won through violence, are rare cases of change won only with nonviolent methods. It is also true, however, that even non-violent methods can bring results, perhaps less exciting, such as raising awareness about a topic, such as minor improvements of the existing state of things. Therefore there is no universal method of struggle, but we should consider, depending on the social and political conditions, the method of struggle over consono alla battaglia che si sta intraprendendo, sia questo violento o non-violento.

Una delle strategie più vincenti del potere è, infatti, quella di cercare di isolare i violenti, cosa che peraltro riesce molto bene, ultimamente, even among those who should not disdain the use of violence. In this way, because the movement is divided, weakened and bringing the fight to a failure. I do not understand in fact the strongest supporters of non-violence at all costs, which continue to take the beatings without reacting, as if this were legitimate violence. The futility of non-violence at all costs is also due to the hypocrisy of pursuing a goal with half complete, the goals are indeed achievable in different ways, depending on the historical, social, political and cultural moment, then a result achieved with the use of violence is still an achievement, non-violent, as opposed to what they do, they should not protestare.

Concludo citando Errico Malatesta :

Porcelain Figurine Crossed Arrow Mark

Non nascita e non morte

of Thich Nhat Hanh

A lady who was here with us yesterday had to leave because his mother is dead. I think that really would have liked to stay with us and share the Dharma talk, but listen for her. When a person who is very dear to us dies we do not know where to go, and we do not know if we will meet again in the future, somewhere. In the teaching of the Buddha is spoken not to come and go. This is a profound way to see if that loved one is still with us or no longer exists.
We will now set a period not to go on and do not come. The other day I said that in Buddhism you prefer the word event rather than a construction, when we make the act of lighting a match in reality we are not lighting up the flame, but rather help to manifest.
Nello stesso modo una persona che ci è molto cara si è manifestata ad some point in our lives and then went away. We believe that first appeared there, and that after his death no longer exists because we have the notion of being and nonbeing. Qualified prior to the event and the event as not being as being. Then, after the cessation of the event is again a non-being. According to the Buddha, these two concepts can not be applied to reality. Before the flame posters you can not call it "not", and when it happens it is wrong to consider "being." Finally, when the show ends again saying it is not wrong.
According to the Buddha, then, the nature of the flame is neither being nor non-being. The true nature of the flame is free from the notion of being and nonbeing. In the teaching of the Buddha, "being and not being is not the problem." Nirvana is the absence of all ideas, including one on being and nonbeing. We call then the flame, "Where did you come?", And if we listen deeply the flame will tell us: "Dear friend, I did not come from nowhere, when conditions are clear enough to me. And I will go anywhere, no matter where, when the conditions are sufficient. the event will cease, but not going anywhere. "
We can understand the argument made by the flame, and we understand that the nature of the flame is neither go nor come. The reality is free from the notions of being, not to be, come and go.
When we happen to lose someone very close, I pray, practice as recommended by the Buddha. You can really touch your presence if you eliminate the notions of being and non being, coming and going. I once made a Dharma talk to Plum Village and in children's eyes I read that they understood this to be and not be, do not go and do not come. If children pay attention, they too can understand the Dharma talks. We call upon the occurrence of flame, inhale and exhale with attention and help me to apply the flame to occur, "Dear flame, please come." Let's light a candle, the flame is the same as that of the first or is it different? Please do not reply immediately, before we have to practice looking deeply. It is the same or different?
The Buddha would say that they are neither the same nor are different, because the reality transcends the ideas of the same and different. If we let the candle and then return half an hour, we see that the flame is still there and the flame will be the same, or better, we think that the flame is the same, but if we look deeply we will see that each has its own oxygen flame which burn its fuel in which to live, and if we look more deeply we will see that there is a succession of flame, which is not the same flame that has a certain duration, but rather the succession of a multitude of flames.
imagine that someone in the dark take a flashlight in hand with that light and draw a circle: If we are not far from the person we have the impression that it is a circle of fire, while it is not a circle of fire as the sequence of movement to give us the impression of a circle of fire. Similarly, if we have a camera, we can do a similar experiment: the sequence of many frames give the impression of movement. But looking deeply we can see the succession of a multitude of images. So I think the flame is the same is an optical illusion, but also say they are different flames, which have no connection between them is incorrect. With the practice of looking deeply we can say that the nature of the flame is neither to be the same or be different. Now, lest we forget, we need someone to write on the blackboard the words: "Do not go, do not come, not, not not be, not the same and not different." We believe that the flame is born when thay did not die on and off when thay did, so we still have a notion of birth and death. At the beginning of this speech I have invited you to think of phenomena as something that occurs and not something that is born.
Let this piece of paper and we think it came out of nowhere. Why be born in our minds means that we become something from nothing. Being born means that no one becomes someone. Birth means that we become not to be. Misperceptions. This piece of paper before the paper was something? Looking deep inside the paper we can see the presence of trees and forests, sun, water. All in a sheet of paper. And so it is easy to see that piece of paper before it was something. It would be wrong to say that the paper came out of nowhere, one in which we see now is just a new manifestation. Before being born as a sheet of paper, already had been tree, rain, sun, and the time that we believe is the birth is actually just a continuation. "No".
Guardando in questo modo scoprirai che ci sei sempre been, and that your true nature is the nature of no birth. Our friends from the Christian tradition believe that Jesus did not exist prior to conception. It was already there before birth. And in his teaching, even after the crucifixion, continued to be. Its nature is not death, not only Christ and Buddha are not the nature of birth and not death, but all of us.
The French scientist Lavoisier said: "Nothing is born and nothing dies," did not know the Buddhism, but he said the same thing as the Heart Sutra that we sang this morning. We do an experiment: try to burn this piece of paper and see if it gets nothing, because in our minds when something comes from nothing and then dies becomes then again become something for nothing. The sheet of paper is burned at all. No, this is nothing, became something different, first in smoke rose into the sky and reached a cloud: we can look at the sky and greet the paper burned. But it was also transformed into heat, almost burned my fingers and that heat has penetrated into my body and in your. And so when you return home, bring that paper with you.
One of you can lead this ash in a field and maybe next year when I return for another retreat will find it transformed into a flower. Then the moment of death of the paper is nothing more than a moment of continuation. For the same reason we should be sad when someone dies, because his death is a moment of continuation. Not only during a birthday we sing: "Good going, but when one dies. It is a time for a new beginning, and if we look through the eyes of Buddha, we can not feel such despair. If you look in the sky we can see many beautiful clouds and when the time will turn into lies, the cloud will not be afraid. Being a cloud that moves across the sky, but in the same way to be the rain that falls on land is also a wonderful thing. If we would only see the cloud, cry when you turn into rain, so we look deeply into meditation vedere la nuova manifestazione dei nostri cari, e allora potremo dire loro: "So dove siete e cercherò di identificare la vostra nuova manifestazione".
Perciò dovremmo praticare abbastanza in modo da guardare in profondità e riconoscere our true nature.

----------

The purpose of the practice is to free us from suffering, but the biggest relief is to touch our true nature of not being born and dying. That's why we should not be too busy in their daily lives, but always find time to practice this wonderful teaching of the Buddha which is the cream, nectar, would be a terrible waste not being able to practice it.
At the time of the Buddha, was a practitioner named Anathapindika businessman who was a very generous both in terms of material resources put at the service of the energies of the weak and poor. The people in her country she loved him, especially as he had given this name which means "one who takes care of the marginalized." One day he went into the bamboo grove where the Buddha meditated and asked him to accept him as his disciple and then invited him to visit his native land, Kosala. And when the Buddha accepted, he happily returned to his country to find a place worthy of hosting the Buddha and his disciples, he found the palace of a prince who was happy to make it available to the Buddha and his disciples as a center of circulation. Then the businessman with his wife and three children took five wonderful awareness training and practiced with the Buddha. Five years later, Anathapindika became seriously ill and the Buddha himself visited him at home, then asked his senior disciple, Sariputra, to take care of that man. Sariputra was a close friend of Anatapindika because when the latter asked the Buddha in his country had helped organize the reception. Sariputra asked the Venerable Ananda, his brother Dharma, to accompany him to visit the dying.
Anatapindika was happy to see the two monks arrive at her bedside, but was so weak from not being able to sit up and then Sariputra said: "Dear friend, you must not sit down, we will take two chairs and we sit next to you to talk. " After sitting
Sariputra asked: "Dear friend, how are you? The pain of the body is declining or growing?" "Dear venerable Sariputra, the pain of my body does not seem to diminish, is increasing somewhat." Shariputra then proposed the meditation of the three Remembrance: the remembrance of the Buddha, Dharma and the remembrance of the remembrance of the Sangha.
Sariputra was one of the most intelligent disciples of the Buddha, he knew that for more than twenty years Anatapindika had taken pleasure to serve the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, and therefore knew that he would practice with three memories watered the seeds of joy and, therefore, suggested just this year. Imagine the two monks sitting at the bedside of the man who guided meditation practice. After about eight minutes the pain diminished and the smile reappeared on her face. We must remember the experience of Sariputra when we sit next to someone who was seriously ill, so watering the seeds of joy and relief to his mind and his body. Soon after, he invited Ananda Sariputra Anatapindika to continue and a meditation on the six sense organs:

"These eyes are not me,
I'm into those eyes;
this body is not me, I'm into
this body, mind consciousness
this is not me,
I'm into this mental consciousness. "

You must know that the six sense organs, namely the five senses plus the mind, occur when the conditions are sufficient and if we identify with them, the disintegration of the body becomes very painful. So we should not identify with the six sense organs, including the mental consciousness and the body. In this way we can erase all the fear we feel on the verge of death.
There is a practice that says

"The earth element is not me, I'm not
enclosed by land;
the water element is not me, I
are not limited by the element water;
the element of fire, the warmth in me, not me, I
are not limited by the element fire;
the air element is not me, I
are not limited by the element air. "

When conditions are sufficient, then the body is manifest, but the body is not going anywhere. Before the manifestation of the body can not describe the body as non-existent. After termination of manifestation of the body can not describe the body as non-existent. The nature of the body and also of our mind is the nature of birth, death, do not go, do not come. And it is this teaching of not being born, do not die, do not go, do not come that we learned at the beginning of the discourse of Dharma.
When he came to this practice, the tears began to fall along the cheeks and Anatapidika Ananda, surprised, asked him what was happening to him: "Why are you crying, do you have regrets?" "No, Venerable Ananda, I have no regrets. "" Or you have not practiced successfully guided meditation? "" No, venerable sir, I practiced very successfully guided meditation "" Then why are you crying? "" I'm crying because I am moved, I practiced the refuge in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha for more than thirty years, but I've never tried a practice so wonderful as that made to me today from the venerable Sariputra try. "To which Ananda replied:" Dear friend, this teaching the Buddha gives a We monks and nuns every day. "Anatapitika said:" Please go and tell that it is true that there are people who do not practice the teaching of being and not be, do not go and do not come, not to be born and not die, but there are many others, however, that they love to practice it. I therefore request that the Buddha also offer this teaching to the laity and not just the monks. "This was the last sentence uttered by Anatapidika before he died in peace.
This story is found in the book just published:" The songs of Plum Village , in the section devoted to the teachings for the modern man. Please, just get vision, my advice is not to be too busy in their daily lives. We should have time to practice these lessons every day, because if you truly liberating practice of fear , our happiness will increase hundreds of times, and if we sit next to a person dying without fear we can really help a non aver paura.

FRIDAY 28/01/2011

MAESTRO Maestro is the one who learns not to teach,
One who loves you do not love,
one who unites, not divides,
one who suffers, who does not suffer,
one who lives life, not the suffering,
who prefers silence to big words ,
who travels within himself, not around the world,
who says what he thinks, not what you want to hear, who
is humble, not cocky,
one who makes you feel important, not that you look important,
who applauded, not looking for applause,
one who knows how to smile, not who wants to make you laugh, Master
you.

Mary J. Blige Different Hairstyles

THE NINE thought patterns that swells EGO ... HYMN TO LIFE

The nine mental schemes that inflated ego and
us away from our true essence.

1 - To strive for recognition for something you've done is angry or agitated if we do not get.

2 - Seek attention talking about your problems, your illness or making a scene.

3 - Giving your opinion when no one has asked for and it makes no difference to the situation.

4 - Being more interested in how others see you and not to others, that use the other for a reflection of ego or the ego boost.

5 - Trying to impress others through the things that you own, culture, physical beauty, social status, physical strength and so on.

6-produce a temporary swelling of the ego, reacting angrily to something or someone.

7 - Taking things way too personal, feel offended.

8 - Trying to be right and wrong to give to others complaining about unnecessary words or mentally.

9 - Trying to be noticed or to appear important.

stars - is true, beyond the hills - by MK Ciurlionis

is true, it is easier to hear the music beyond hills than in a noisy city where concerts are held every evening. Get

any place abandoned by God, in Lithuania - a desolate plain with occasional hills here and there, curled up a juniper tree, a rickety old church with an image of Jesus dying on the altar surrounded by birch trees and branches on the ground weeping. All around, as far as you can see, stretches a land surrounded by green pines under a blanket of quiet and gray skies. From a distance, beyond the hills, there comes a song: Oh forest, forest, forest green ... you

Best Workout Shoes For Flat Feet

- Fable - by MK Ciurlionis

Exhausted from time to run through the streets of a big city, I sat down on a bench reserved for the messengers.

The heat was unbearable, and yellow houses grayish teeth chattering, shop signs shining with bright colors here and there peeped a distant solar tower and golden, while the people, tortured by the heat, slow moving, almost sleepy.

A very old man, who was shaking his head, his feet dragging heavily, and leaned on a cane, stood in front of me, looking at me intently. His eyes were sad, discolored and apparently without any thought.

From his chest hung a rope with crosses of various sizes: some of the big, metallic and slightly rusty, others, small, flat and auburn, others smaller and silver - was a collection of all kinds.

a beggar, I thought, was just to poke the pocket for a coin, when the old man, holding his eyes in a strange way and whispering mysteriously, she asked: "My friend, Can you explain what looks like the green? "

" The color green? Hmmm ... the green ... so, the green is grass, like the trees ... The trees are as green as their leaves, "I replied, and began to look around, but you could not see it 'a single tree , it 'a single blade of grass.

The old laughed and took me to a button. "Come with me if you want, my friend, I'm just heading in that land ... I'll tell you a lot of interesting things along the way."

When I rose to follow him, the old man began to tell.

"Long, long ago, when I was young like you, son, a heat wave hovering around. Exhausted by so much running through the streets of a big city, I sat down on a bench reserved for the messengers.

"The heat was unbearable, and yellow houses grayish teeth chattering, shop signs shining with bright colors here and there was peek a distant solar tower and golden, while the people, tortured by the heat, slow moving, almost sleepy.

"I looked at those people for a long time and suddenly I felt a strong lack of lawns, trees ... green - you know, the green of May.

"And at that moment I got up and started walking all my life, trying in vain that green in the city.

"I went on and on, asking those I met on the street, but instead of answering, I donavano these small crosses.

"I climbed up high towers, but for the whole horizon I could not see that the city, only the city, and even a bit 'green.

"However, I have the feeling that there is some green in that land where we are going now, but I'll probably not get there, because I'm old.

"If only we had not so far away, I could really make it to there and I could finally rest - including the smells, the flies that buzz around the green, grass, trees ..."

looked old - laughing as a child, and at the same time crying. We walked for a bit 'without saying anything, until he said "Well, I've had enough, I can not walk anymore, I'll stay here. But you - you continue, unabated. I warn you, the heat will not cease, e non c’è notte su questa strada, ma giorno eterno.

It should be '. "

This was what the old man said to me, and I continued walking, climbing the great towers and looking around.

- Ocean - by Mikalojus Konstantinas Ciurlionis

mighty sea. Magnificent, infinite, boundless. The whole sky envelops your waves with its blue, while you, full of grandeur, breathe calm and peaceful, well aware that there are no limits to your power, your greatness, and that your existence is eternal. The big, powerful, beautiful sea! Half the world is watching you at night, distant suns sink their looks alluring, mysterious and sleepy in your depth, while you, the eternal king of the giants, breathe calmly and peacefully, knowing that there are only you and nobody reigns over you. But then you

darkens, your face blue darkens. Why do you gloomier? Are you angry? Who would dare, or sea, in your infinite greatness incomprehensible ... Essert against those who would dare?

And the answer came from the sea itself, shyly whispering, tickling algae, and whispering: "It's the wind, the wind. The wind

Wind is nothing, is a transitional entity, a wanderer without a home, and without fading color, like a snarling jackal hateful, destructive, devastating forests, diving in the dust, stirs the fire, takes kicking old crosses in cemeteries, and he breaks down small and poor houses di campagna.

What a horrible mass
! Waves, only waves and waves from horizon to horizon.

Look, your giants rise, but even they do not obey you anymore. You're skimming, or the great sea!

The wind has been ordered to shatter on the rocks a thousand miles away, and make sure they run, howling, breaking their weak chest against the solid stone, and finally dying, while new bands rise up behind them and also go to die .

The wind continues to lead the new masses. Until you get bored, and leave everything, whistling disappears.

And this while you, the sea, majestic lather and powerless.

The wind is gone. You pick your waves, your chips, you can just hold them, and you complain like a desperate child. Why are you crying, or sea?

you grieve for your so zealous, which has not been that foam?

Do not grieve for them! Will come another day when the wind will blow again, and new waves rise from the distant shore. The wind will take them again where they like, and there he piling new, zealous giants, it will remain that until foaming.

HYMN TO LIFE

I feel different, I feel unhappy I'm in the wrong place at the wrong time.
are those who do not want to be, I would not be as they are, are where I would not be.
It's hard to live when you do not like ourselves when we want to be different people, the better, in every field.
is difficult to get up in the morning mirror, notice the patient's body, having to face the day in spite of everything and everyone.
is difficult to tackle a job that we do not like meeting people unpleasant, cold and detached.
is difficult to smile at your children, your beloved, do not smile when you was born in ... becomes a bitter smile, made up of fiction, cold and distant.
At times you think that people who live near you deserve better than you.
Countless times I believe that this world belongs to me, is composed of people che mi scivolano addosso oppure che mi feriscono profondamente.
“Dio mio, Dio mio perché mi hai abbandonato?”.
"Change words, thoughts change, change the way of looking at yourself, just so the world will smile just so you can be happy."
Then I rewrite my paper:
I feel different, I feel happy, I'm in the right place at the right time.
I needed to be who I am, I'm like I needed to be, are where I needed to be.
It's easy to live when we like ourselves, when we want to be who we are.
It's easy to get up in the morning mirror, noticing his body, despite everything that holds us, sustains us.
It's good to face the day, some surprises and some that nothing can give me more than it can bear.
I allow myself a present smile to my children, my beloved, who meet on the street, co-workers.
people next to me I deserve and I deserve them.
Meeting people on my way I will certainly grow, mature, raise.
Life is generous with me, because it allowed me to become the person I am, sweat and tears have fortified the light I saw I was rewarded the many moments of darkness.
sank into myself, without fear, without trial.
I do not see light around me, yet light and joy.
In these moments I'm happy to be blessed on this Earth!
I'm an angel, I deserve the best and I want to be here, right now in this place with these people.

The sound of words is very important to leave a sign, planting a seed that grows in our land, our vessel.
Although cross moments of discomfort, try to give importance to the words, your thoughts, you stop wanting you badly and began to love you.
Despite everything and everyone you have a great tremendous power: the power to change things at all times, because YOU are the architect of your life.
You wrote your story, the story of your life and you can insert the end you think appropriate.
In you there is all the necessary force: love.
is useless to try out what you already inside, stop feeling sorry for himself and begins to shake the self-pity, WAKE UP!
Nobody wants to punish you, no one looks bad, nobody judges you, everything comes from you and the others are just a mirror reflecting your image. Depending on how you feel others see change.
Remember that living with less energy expenditure creates joy that living with pain, so leave your drama and live life in spite of everything!

A hug filled with love, Barbara

DOUBT ...

THURSDAY 20/01/2011

AND DOUBT ... ' typical of human beings created a God to worship, to which to attribute the faults that we do not want to take short, someone who rules and pulls the strings of our lives.
But not me.
I believe there is a magic that is called the Universe of which we are all human beings, spiritual beings, plants, etc.. and of which I am part.
Often, however, doubts assail me: there are angels and I invented everything?
I did a test: for a week I lived in sync with the angels, I heard them, felt them and I worked to help other people.
short in their presence I've benefited both in health and in psyche.
The next week I tried to live as if you were simply human, without requiring the intervention angelic and I started to fall deeper into the darkest part of myself.
At that moment I understood: how do we know if there are angels or not?
Simple.
If they draw benefit from their presence, then it means that exist to help us, who support us.
It is only in moments of discouragement, when we forget to rely on their help we begin to fall on deaf ears, in our inner emptiness.
There's nobody out there that can hurt us unless we let ourselves.
How to allow?
Entering the dark forgetting of our inner light, our angelic essence. The
angels are always beside us because they know that we are like them, but we are experiencing earthly experience.
So I say to those who do not believe them, try to live a week savoring their presence and then try to live out another as if there were, see the difference and draw your own conclusions. I embrace
magnificent angels incarnate! Barbara

Tutto l’universo obbedisce all’amore

Tutto l’universo obbedisce all’amore - Franco Battiato

and affections of the day, consistent or not,
must move as a guest full of kindness
with delicate care to not disturb ...

and in some eyes that we see the infinite

screeching cars as angry bison, prairie
the roads are ...
skyscrapers next to sunny,
how can we keep hidden our understanding

and is certain that looks
glimpsed the infinite

whole universe obeys the love,
how can you keep a secret love. And so

that holds us in its chains
whole universe obeys

How can we love

intended to hide our eyes and in some
that hides the infinite

whole universe obeys the love,
how can you keep a secret love. And so

that holds us in its chains
whole universe obeys the love ...

Cervical Mucus Flow Before Menstruation

The idea of freedom

Dal libro: La Rivoluzione Ecologica "Il pensiero libertario di Murray Bookchin" (S. Varengo) cit., p. 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91 [Chapter 3.2 "The idea of freedom "].

Put bluntly, the freedom is the "founding fathers", but only free thinkers and free practitioners. If he had these "fathers" would also need to bury the undertakers, because what is "founded" is surely destined to die [17].

Having dwelt at length on the legacy of the domain that runs through all of human history, Bookchin explores the legacy of freedom [ legacy of freedom ] that developed parallel and opposite to that domain, can provide a basis for the emergence of a new company:

Despite the mishaps, failures and all the disasters that can alter the course of evolution and rational society of individuals, there is a "legacy of freedom "[...] a tradition that brings more humanity to freedom and self-awareness, ideas and moral values, as in the complex terrain of social life [18].

To fully understand what the term meant by Bookchin freedom is important to remember the distinction, present in several of his works, including the idea of freedom and that of justice, two terms that, although are often used interchangeably, they imply very different political demands:

I want to make a distinction which I think is important: that between the idea of freedom and the idea of justice. The two terms have been used so frequently in the place of the one that is now practically synonymous. In reality, however, justice is something very different from freedom, and it is essential that this difference is emphasized here. Historically, the two ideas have led to conflicts as diverse and postulated radically different options, to this day. The distinction between structural reform and fundamental changes in buoyancy Social largely corresponds to that between the demands of justice and the quest for freedom, despite two requests, particularly in situations of social mobility, they are often closely intertwined [19].

Bookchin in particular emphasizes the basic idea of freedom and justice that there are two radically different conceptions of equality. The demand for justice implies equality in fact the search for formal characterized by the "enjoyment of the benefits of life in proportion to the contribution of each individual" [20], and it, therefore based on the principle of equivalence, not taking into account individual differences:

A mere formal equality, which rewards everyone "fairly" according to his contribution to society and everyone who sees "equal before the law" and "with equal opportunity," hidden in an impressive manner that the young and the old, the weak and the sick, the individual with few and one with many responsibilities (not to mention the rich and poor in contemporary society) do not have any way of real equality in a society guided by the principle of equivalence [21].

The idea of freedom is based instead on the claim of substantial equality to compensate for individual differences and then, based on the quest for 'equality between unequal , well expressed by the known maxim "from each according to their ability and to each according to his needs" freedom is therefore embodied, for Bookchin, in a society characterized by the values of solidarity, cooperation and mutual support:

The attempt to equalize disparities are unavoidable, to compensate for any existential level, or near, the deficiencies the result of circumstances beyond the possibilities of control (physical impediments of any kind or the lack of rights to certain limitations due to unavoidable factors) are the starting point of a free society. I refer here not only the obvious compensatory mechanisms put in place to deal with situations of personal illness or impediment. I also speak of attitudes, a way of seeing things that creates a sense of affection, responsibility, a major concern for human beings and also for those non-human, in the belief that the sufferings, troubles and difficulties of these and those can be alleviated or removed thanks to our intervention [22].

understanding of human purpose and design of the new ecological society, Bookchin also considers it crucial to explain the apparent conflict between the concept of libertarian and authoritarian to . Both of these terms, referring not only in opposing social institutions, but also indicating sensitivity and ways of seeing each other antagonists, they come to connote the full range of human experience:

I must emphasize that the words "libertarian" and "authoritarian" to refer not only to forms antagonistic institutional, technical and scientific, but especially antagonistic values and sensibilities, in fact antagonistic to epistemologies. I give the definition of the term "libertarian" is modeled on my description of the ecosystem: unity in diversity, spontaneity and lack of complementarity of all forms of hierarchy and domination. The term I refer to the authoritarian hierarchy and the domination of the their various social gerontocracy, patriarchy, class relations, elites of all kinds and finally the state, including its most socially parasitic form: state capitalism. But if there is the opposite also include sensitivity, science, technical, ethical and opposing forms of reason implicit in them, the words "libertarian" and "authoritarian" remain pure institutional terms. We must therefore explain the most of what implications, so as to cover the entire experiential, if it is to their mutual opposition has a revolutionary way [23].

is therefore once again evident as the new company, if he wants to be green, should guide libertarian in the sense and to be characterized by "the abolition of the hierarchy, riarmonizzazinne humanity with nature through reharmonization human beings to one another" [24]: it should have at its base that is all those characteristics and values identified as typical of organic society. The future society, to be libertarian, must also ensure "the right to independently gather, to talk spontaneously, to decide in a sovereign" [25], and should adopt the principles of mutualism, self-organization, freedom of action direct municipalism libertarian.

Karl Marx's great contribution to modern revolutionary theory consists in the realization that these are the basic prerequisites for human freedom, and in having shown that freedom requires the possibility to enjoy the free time, and then material well-being unlikely to render the free time in the nature of social privilege. By the same token, we must not confuse freedom with the conditions necessary conditions of freedom. If freedom is possible, this does not mean that it is, in fact, made [27].

Among the various aspects that define more specifically the idea of freedom, liberty Bookchin indicates of choice, or freedom for the individual to choose both the products and above all the needs, in an autonomous and independent

the light of freedom to choose products and needs, such as producers and consumers together, you can see a higher ideal of freedom, a freedom which removes the tare economism and restoration of the ethical foundation once a freedom full of options open by technical achievements. At least we are potentially facing the broader concept of freedom so far known: freedom of the autonomous individual to shape the material life in a form that is neither asceticism nor hedonism but a mixture of the best of both, unaforma ecological rational and artistic [...]. Within this material life is the most complete form of human autonomy that we can ever hope to achieve, both as an expression of rational criteria of choice is the responsibility of individuals to make a rational choice. If we believe the responsibility of free individuals to determine policy in the civil, we can well believe also the responsibility of free individuals to determine their needs in the material [28].

Because freedom of choice is actually that, you must assume that the individual has "autonomy, moral capacity and wisdom to choose rationally "[29], as well as the choice of direct democracy assumes that everyone has the power to take key decisions regarding community life [30].

Per quanto possa essere tratto in inganno dalla credenza di scegliere liberamente, il consumatore è eteronomo ed invented at the mercy of a necessity, and the free subject, however, is independent and meets the needs rationally conceived spontaneously "(ibid. ).

Porto Torres: the Italian oil spill that nobody talks about

" are burning So the sea, so they are killing the sea, so they are humiliating the sea, so they are bending the sea ... , Lucio Dalla sang in his famous song. And there would be more appropriate words to describe what is happening these days in the Gulf of.

A environmental disaster of the magnitude still not measurable, that is moving inexorably in almost total silence of the national media (if we exclude the local press, environmental groups and websites including greenMe.it us, which we reported in time real).

The writer was born and raised in this land, the beautiful Sardinia spoken of much in the summer when it is invaded by celebrities, but that we often forget when things happen that do not affect the star system or tourism mass.

I moved my first steps in Platamona beach, I remember the huge coastline, perdibile very eyes, the scenes of everyday life of people that since the spring of the beaches, cormorants, gulls footprints in the sand, shells. All the things you continue to see today, in the only haven of salvation for us Sassari (but also portoterresi and sorsesi) that, in the summer, we do not like traffic jams and crowded beaches.

Well, that, last Tuesday, no longer exists. An oil spill , one of the pipes that carry fuel from the pier E. On (German company producing power) to termocentrale Fiumesanto (Porto Torres), damaged 18 km of coastline, polluting the sea first and then the beach.

front of the first images I felt sadness , which gradually became anger and indignation before the worsening of the situation and to silence the media and institutions.

A disaster of incredible size and of which, inexplicably, do not talk. Why?

's not the Costa Smeralda, Sardinia and we are well aware that this place we love and we ask for protection and enhancement of the shoreline for decades. No, you will not find here celebrities, nightclubs, yacht. Only a kilometer long beach little bar and a few here and there which sells Ichnusa and you can eat a good sandwich. This is perhaps

nobody cares . But now I'll let one thing for those who obviously is not practical in the area: a few kilometers away from Platamona find the beautiful beach of Stintino The Hairy , considered among the finest in the world, right there, beyond ' Isola Piana, Asinara, including in the Cetacean Sanctuary, declared protected by an agreement signed by France, Italy and Monaco in 1999 and then ratified by an Italian law of 2001.

Yes, that's where Vynils workers have been living 326 days, another story of where it was possible to speak only through the efforts of ordinary people who care about the future of these families. A "paper park " as defined by Greenpeace, where there are no safety standards and limitations to industrial development.

's just these beautiful paradises have been - for now - saved from disaster only by the mistral wind, which carried the oil towards the east, towards Platamona and, in these last hours, Castelsardo.

Maybe, just maybe, if the oil spill had affected these areas, now would know all of Italy.

At least 18 tons of oil lost at sea (but perhaps many more), a patch yesterday (Saturday, ed) has also been sighted near the island (maybe the French government will move more?); Heaps tar on beaches, cling to the feet of the 150 men and women these days are clearing the area, killing fish and penetrate deep into the sand.

far, we've collected over 1000 bags every day, full of "jelly balls" of oil. of 18 km of beach have been partially cleaned up today (Sunday, ed) is less than 6. Hard work that is difficult to conclude any time soon.

How could he not speak? How is it possible that a similar incident was initially underestimated to such an extent as to allow all the oil REACHED at sea and, subsequently, on the beach? Whose fault?

We want to know if there have been delays in interventions , because the system of prevention and emergency did not work, because our coasts, for the umpteenth time, were not protected .

These are the questions we are asking and would like someone to answer.

Because there are no sandy beaches of series A and series B because an environmental disaster of such proportions should be of interest and concern the entire nation, and should be punished.

We want our land returns to smile, who finds her dignity, which can rely on new and clean energy to grow and not be a slave of oil, pollution and economic interests that lead to good little island.

Who caused this carnage has to pay. They want our water, our fish, our sand dunes. But most of all want answers.

For those wishing to support our cause, here become members of the group created on Facebook and read the letter that was sent at the peak of E. On, institutions and environmental associations.

How Do You Get The Rainbow Puffle 2010

Let us take care of ourselves barbara Ziletti

let's take care of ourselves

Dear friends, it is with great sadness in my heart that I write this article.
Please interpret it with your Higher self and not with the mind.
all started from the fact that I suggested to a group (of a certain disease) is a book to read, that of Dr. Hamer.
were insulted because they thought I wanted to advertise a book (never publicize my case and not to others ...).
The anger with which these people have attacked me I was really thinking: the foundation of all healing, there must be express manifestation of the desire to heal, then will the synchronicity that will help us to bring people good or bad to help us heal, but no one can do if we do not really want.
This is not to say not to take drugs, not to follow therapies, but .... But if we approach the disease, considering it a defeat or a sentence imposed from above we have to remain in full bitterness and sinking deeper into anger and resentment in the long run only worsen the disease. Even
Hamer has been persecuted for that and I realize that people who WILL NOT heal tend to exclude a priori, perhaps because it makes us angry that a person tells us that everything depends on us.
And who else?
Every disease comes from our own internal conflict and is not feeling sorry for himself and waiting for someone else to take care of us who heals!
We must first understand at what point we are sick because there is always a cause or trigger shock, working much about ourselves, to enter ourselves even if it might not like .. and in the meantime follow the appropriate treatment (but what we choose, not the ones that saddled us to make money for pharmaceutical companies).
short, we are in 2011 and we must be against that wonderful machine is the human body, each symptom represents a clear message that we send the Soul. Ignore or suppress the symptom does not serve other than to turn the light that indicates the fault.
I know what I say will give much trouble to many of you and I apologize for that, but I just wonder: why not turn the disease into an opportunity?
Believe me, the speaker is not a healthy person, because I also suffer from a severe disease, but not giving up, why not blame the others for not helping me, not necessarily those who insult me suggestions ... I'm just learning to love myself, to accept what comes with love.
I understand to be the only responsible for myself.
Seeking help from people who I like, I throw myself on a person hoping to take care of me ... do not work that way.
At least this is what life has taught me.
For many years research, experiment on myself, I studied, I documented and the answer was always the same: only inside I can find the solution.
Well, first of all learn to look within, to understand what meaning has the disease I have, what's preventing me from living my life alright, then subsequently begin a course of treatment appropriate, I have chosen freely.
As long as anger, resentment and frustration take over we will never heal! Barbara

Cookie Sheet For Toaster Oven

thought of the day: JOY

THURSDAY 13/01/2011
The beginning of the year we did work now!
There was given a moment's peace, we must simply get to work, we can not turn around ...
Energy is a lot better and we perceive it to be able to channel it by turning it into positive intentions, such as care of ourselves, our loved ones, our work, the people around us ... all absolutely love!
Oh yes, above all learn to love even the things that we like less, because we are only beginning to be able to try to break that barrier that has always prevented from doing so.
Nothing is impossible these days!
Even if we struggle because we have a thousand physical ailments or mental, the joy we have inside allows us to begin to shake off the strange stupor that has entwined throughout 2010.
Let it all behind and start from scratch, more alive than before.
Personally, I started working in contact with people and I feel that my and their energy is much more intense than last year and I'm happy, happy to have tried it and I did not surrender, I hope so for you too.
The main thing is to firmly believe in what you do, realize dreams that others preventing them there frantumino.
To those who have always thought would not make it I can only reply: you can do it, because if I could I can do it too you!
I have been pessimistic, ill, without trust, often without faith, angry with everything and everyone, but when I said "I deserve the best and we want to try" the universe began to flood with messages!
's why I say be patient, to wait for the signs in a hurry without haste because the risk of not catch them!
is why I would tell you: do you react, create your presentation, your future starts now, now, from now on, stop putting things into a future that will never happen!
Now we are the best times to take action, to realize our dreams, to just be ourselves loving the madness!
The moment we begin to radiate the energy of love attracts love. Ask
and feasible!
one by one I embrace and I invite you to write me just to make you feel.

Science and scientism

Source: http://www.luogocomune.net/

The scientific method provides an initial empirical observation, followed by experimental verification of the observed data. The first phase can make one or more theories about the observed data, while the latter allows, by the criteria of observability and repeatability, to confirm whether or not those theories. The great advantage of the scientific method is the possibility it offers to share experimental results in objective terms, surpassing the level of the general staff, and making it the undisputed truth for all.

The scientific method has its limitations, of course, who are in the same criterion of observability, as no one is able to exclude aspetti della realtà che possano sfuggire alla nostra percezione sensoriale.

Until science takes into account any external aspects, which might escape the direct criterion of verification, making the company a unique and extraordinary service, ...

... and stands as one of the highest peaks ever achieved in human history.

But when science is closing in on itself, and rejects any a priori reality not directly verifiable, born scientism, which is its most favorably.

SCIENTISM :

sm (filos.) orientation of thought, which arose in France in the second half of the century. XIX, which states that the only sound basis of knowledge is formed from the principles and procedures of science, logical-mathematical or empirical.

(estens.) with a negative sense, the attitude of those who expect to apply the methods of science to any aspect of human reality.

This usually happens when man loses the desire to learn, and is content instead of the truth known to expand further. In other words, giving up a new "full cycle" of observation-verification-end, perhaps sensing that those conclusions are likely to disprove certainties already acquired.

Here come the sentences of "superstition", "quackery" or "witchcraft" itself, to everything that falls outside the scope of direct accountability.

The curious thing is that the scientist, in doing so, call the scientific method in his defense, without realizing that's what's require instead of exploring new territory.

In front of a village head tribal cures the sick by the laying on of hands, for example, science should try to understand what are the mechanisms that lead to healing, and then verify them with scientific criteria, and possibly integrate them into its standardized protocols. Instead, he refuses to recognize a priori certain healing abilities, with the excuse that "are not scientifically proven."

He says as if the burden of scientific proof it was up to some kind of extra-terrestrial entities, not the science itself.

"If the holy man of the village claims to cure the sick with his hands - the scientist says - bring us the evidence."

But the only evidence that the village may bring are the patients themselves, who have recovered. The village does not control the verification technology, and who controls it is using it, and eventually find the evidence, one way or another.

must therefore be seen as the science has taken hold of the means of collective research, not only to deny its use in cases that could lead to improvements to thousands of sick, but to use it even against these new ways of healing. (Let me be clear, we are talking about cases where the therapeutic properties of a remedy should be acclaimed by a number of persons sufficient to warrant the assumption that it is valid. No one here suggests to run after each tale of country).

There is a very simple test you can do to distinguish science from scientism immediately with a capital: every time you hear "There is no evidence that the functions that remedy against this disease," just ask: "And 'demonstrated by chance that does not work?"

If the answer is yes, it means that in that if science has behaved correctly and has done his duty to the end.

If the answer is no, it means that no testing was done, and that we are facing the most vulgar scientism, which is worse than any medieval superstition.

What Does A Bloated Stomach Look Like

"Dreams" by Scott Fitzgerald

What Dreams are dreams? Moments in time etched

Swept strokes in twilight on Canvases
Vast as the cosmos
Quiet lullabies echoing through the purple dawn
Dreams
Farthest reaches of imagination, fulfilled
Endlessly evolving
Hidden
Leaps and bounds
Hidden beauty in unexpected places
Sculptures of perfect imperfections
These are dreams
Sublime journeys beyond the extraordinary
Sad shadows of requiems long ago
Forms and formlessness
Textures that radiate cascading visions and colorful sounds
Dreams that shimmer between wishes and stars
Mystery
Majesty
Transcendently soar
Through infinite possibilities

Risvegliarsi è smettere di sognare

- from "psychomagic. Therapy panic "
of Alejandro Jodorowsky -

Lucid Dreaming, dream therapy, dream wise, humble dream, dream generous ... What for you the last of the dreams, the ne plus ultra dream?

The magic dream, creative. In all these years of exploration of dreams, I made one, here it is:

'm in my bedroom. Leaning into the air with the palms of your hands, take flight. I decide I want all the power of my voice. I let the song come out, emit some sounds with incredible strength that far exceeds the acute opera. I do not have to strain to pull out the voice, and I invoke you. I do not have to do is let out of the mouth to discover the magic alive and ... Deeply moved, I feel that I'm opening to an interior dimension previously unknown. Quite fun, I open my eyes and I wake up: My heart beat wildly. Without moving, call to mind all the details of the dream. Suddenly I hear a song, either near or far. Not from a human voice, but not stop to have a sound human: it is as if the entire district of a city had been began to sing. That song seems to come from another dimension. I tell myself that are still half asleep and I see more clearly what is happening. The phenomenon repeats itself and I abandon myself to listen, even if the character completely new experience to me altered heartbeat. On the one hand, I feel the victim of a hallucination, on the other, it seems to me che si stia aprendo uno spiraglio verso quello che potremmo chiamare non il terzo occhio ma il terzo udito, quello del “chiaroascolto”...

Ci fu a time when, before falling asleep, I used to go through all the events of the day. Show movie of my day before from morning to evening and on the contrary, according to the counsel of an ancient book of magic. The practice of "reverse" allowed me to distance myself from the events of the day. Having analyzed, judged and taken a stand for the first time, I reviewed the day in reverse and then I was away. The reality, captured in this way, acquired the character of a lucid dream. I realized that I, like everyone, in good measure, I dreamed my life! Browse my day in the evening practice was tantamount to remember my dreams in the morning.
The mere fact of remembering a dream is equal to organize it. I do not see the whole dream but only a few things that I selected. Similarly, as we travel the last twenty-four hours, not relive all the events of the day but only those who have been abducted. This selection is already a kind of interpretation on which, subsequently, the bottom of my opinions and my appreciation. To be more aware of this situation, we can begin to distinguish the day from our perception of objective reality. When we can not confuse them more, we will be able to attend as spectators to the development of the day, without being influenced by judgments or evaluations. As witnesses, we can interpret life as we interpret a dream.

[...] Given that we dream our lives, we must interpret it and find out what is trying to tell us, the messages they want to play up to turn it into a lucid dream. Once you get clarity, we will be free to speak about reality, knowing that if we just take care of our selfish desires, we will be overwhelmed, we will lose the independent assessment, monitoring and, consequently, the ability to perform any act true. To amuse ourselves behaving in this way, we get involved is less and less by night dream and from that day we call life.

This distancing which does not prevent either the action or compassion, but there is no desire or pietism, is very similar to wisdom.

Sure! What you need to live your dreams and make an effort to seek clarity, if not to find wisdom? The reality is a dream in which we must work to make a gradual transition from the unconscious dream, lacking any clarity - that can always be transformed into a nightmare - in what I call "dream book".

And the Awakening? The spiritual traditions speak of those who have awakened ...

wake up and stop dreaming.

Spacer yourself from those who do not seek to embrace the harmony of their lives! Things to do: Try to remain in a state of harmony at all times, with all creation and all of nature. Without harmony, in fact, there is dissension and discord destruction. No matter how much people può dire o fare voi dovete “rimanere” nell’armonia. ♥
